Have you ever felt like a "Black Workhorse?"
This term refers to when a racist leader piles extra work and responsibilities on Black and Brown employees.
Why?

This dehumanizing attitude towards Black and Brown women in the workplace can lead to burnout at higher rates than their white counterparts.
In this episode, I share how I successfully stopped being the workhorse.
