Eye opening and humbling
I have a college education and remember taking 2 different psychology classes with one being abnormal psychology. The latter class mention was definitely interesting. While, I enjoyed said class immensely. I felt there was a human level approach missing. Dr. Greg does an incredible job distinguishing the reality vs culture reality(unrealistic). I’m so happy there is a faith approach to mental health since there is so much stigma with the topic within the church. Listening to a few topics, I’m humbled Realizing many people in my life struggle and I’ve never noticed. But he slowly provides so many ways to learn different approaches.
