The only tweak I would make, and it might just be me, is the background massage music ;) which i find really distracting from the words spoken. I share the episodes with a lot of precious humans I meet with in their trauma recovery, and give that disclaimer. I’m usually all about background music but I this case I’d suggest we would be better able to concentrate on the packed goodness Curt brings without it. I’ve been following Dr Thompson since before I heard him at the Seattle School, and am abundantly grateful for the insights and heart. So so grateful!!
