This is old news: Blacks, Browns, Indigenous have had to deal with disparity, equity and access since cultural appropriations and exploitations have manifested. Now all of the societal ills that have destroyed so many millions has come home to roost. No glee, just pity and sorrow, all of the genius and experts had to write a book and do a study now that mortality rates are falling which been affecting poor and ethnic minorities since day one.
