“Consistently decent content, some good guests. The main issue is that Guy is a terrible interviewer. He asks a question and then keeps on talking for so long afterward that the guests are audibly beat down. Even when he finally lets them talk, it’s never for very long before he has to interrupt. Guy should have fewer guests because he obviously likes to do all the talking.
I actually like Juan Williams but his segments with Guy are so boring. Jessica Tarlov is audio hell. I wouldn’t mind her hot liberal takes if she could get some therapy for that hideous vocal fry. The producer is not very interesting and while I hate the term “Karen,” I think she might be a “Karen.”
Guy on his own = pretty good. Guy + anyone else = uncomfortable to put it mildly.”
