This podcast has fast become the highlight of our days: we love it so much that we now host our own imaginary fancast called ‘Bespoken’, performed directly after the podcast and to an audience of cows. If only one of us had an annoying welsh accent, we think we’re might make it really big.

“Lover this podcast last year with its great mix of the insight of Rob Hales and the character of OJ Borg. Re the Froome affair why isn’t the real issue being mentioned by anyone. Someone in the UCI leaked it presumably, Sky didn’t, do the UCI has caused the image of cycling to be tarnished. Motivation?”
