Beau Fermor: If I get to pull on that Maroon Jersey it would be a dream come true
Listen now
Description
Gold Coast back rower turned centre Beau Fermor played another big role in his team's gritty win over Cronulla. His form has so impressed Des Hasler that his coach is putting him forward as a potential Queensland selection for the final State of Origin match. Fermor told Andrew Moore and that team that he hopes he's in the conversation and that he feels he's done everything he can to earn a place in Billy Slater's squad. Fermor also said there has been a mentality shift at the Titans where now they seem to be able to defend their way to a win which wasn't a strength of the club in the past.
