No longer the programme it used to be
The Today programme was the BBC’s flagship current affairs programme and I listened to it religiously but no more. John Humphreys unbearable bias towards Brexit remainers and clear favouritism to the likes of Nigel Farage has let the programme down badly. Factual inaccuracies are commonplace with no effort to correct them- Nigel Lawson’s claims around climate change is an example (only corrected following investigation months later). A real shame that BBC bias now rules this programme.

Always has new and insightful content. Great commentators as well. The only critique is the content often feels rushed. In panels of 2-4 it becomes difficult to squeeze good debate into 5-10 minutes.
