My favorite weekly podcast!
I love this podcast and find myself anxiously awaiting Tuesdays to hear the latest episodes! Your episodes are filled with variety, insight, and energy. The episode on digital addiction pushed me to finally write a review. As a mom of four (13, 11, 9, 6), I am sad and scared for my kids, their brain development, their mental health, and their ability to find joy in things beyond screens. The most common words spoken at my home are, “can I use your phone?”, “can you put in the password?”, “I just need a little more time!” The battles over screen time, appropriate content, and device hopping are exhausting and endless. Thank you for discussing this important issue and reinvigorating my desire to keep fighting this battle!
