Perfect timing!
I really love the show and appreciate all of the information, humor and honesty. I love a running podcast coming to me from the tri-state area! Why does it feel like every running podcast is in Colorado? (Nothing against that lovely state!). I also have to mention Nick’s quiet, off to the side little chuckles, the hee-hee’s I hear in every episode. So funny and genuine! But I really wanted to say thank you! I am someone who struggles with nutrition (like everyone) and I am working hard at it. I was on mile 8 of a 12 mile run, feeling good, a gel in my pocket and I was debating whether to take it. In my head, I was saying to myself, I don’t need it, why take it, etc. Your most recent episode with Holley came on and all 3 of you, at that moment said, take that gel! It was literally exactly what I needed to hear in that moment. And I took my gel, had a great run in that NYC heat and humidity. So thanks for the support and keep making the episodes! I look forward to them!

Loving all that Amanda and Nick bring to the table knowledge and skill wise PLUS it feels like I am hanging out with my besties and part of the conversation with some literal LOL’s during their episodes. 100/10 recommend to runners, triathletes, and fitness enthusiasts of all levels!

I’ve been listening since Episode 1, and this is one of those podcasts I look forward to every single week and usually listen to the episode the day it drops. Their snark (sold separately), wit, and all around good humor make...Read full review »

Nick and Amanda bring such a breath of fresh air to the running community and running podcast space. I enjoy their lighthearted humor and balanced perspectives on running. The fitness space can be incredibly toxic and elitist, and Nick and Amanda are the antitheses of that. I look forward to...Read full review »
