Settle into my soul
If I can catch my breath long enough to think when giggling away at this wonderful podcast I often consider how people can know what’s happening in my brain (well, sort of… not always contemplating ducks appendages) and can find ways to help my anxious spiralling pause to think. There are other ways to be. And possibly these things I’m feeling are just from noticing how culture expects me to be rather than me being able to find me under it all. Deep and hiliraious. It’s what I seek on a drive to work - thanks Rowan and Martha 🌻
