Make sure you have a solid vision of where you want your business to be on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and then work backward and identify what the habits are that need to be in place to get you there - additionally, schedule in as much as you can to be sure you keep yourself accountable and on track.
5. Evalute where you could add value to your services and in your retail sales even down to the way you are talking about products. We are in a recession of inflation and people are spending money on and budgeting for what is the most valuable. This is an opportunity to take a good look at what you are truly offering.
