Today we talk with Cleopatra aka Emmanuelle Le Phan from Tentacle Tribe and Legendary Crew out of Montreal, Canada.  The first time I saw the Tentacle Tribe duo of Emmanuelle and Elon, I was blown away and the way I thought about breaking and dance in general was changed forever.
