Missing but not forgotten Andy Tench of North Carolina Herbert Baumeister one of the most prolific serial killers of gay men in the 80's & 90's. Herb hailed from Indiana. He was married to a woman and had three kids but got his rocks off having sex with men and then killing them. In October 2023 and in January 2024 two of his victims that were John Does got their names back and were identified.
