Description
In our world, we are told we must COMMIT, FOLLOW THROUGH, and my favorite PUSH through. We clap for the big finishes and rightfully so. Its amazing to work hard, and achieve! And in the midst of striving for achievement, belonging, love we accept some truths about "WHAT IT TAKES"Hereʻs where working in an embodied way has taken me: For far to long as women we have been taught to unconsciously reject and dim our feminine essence. Which overrides our NATURAL timelines, Which overpowers our deep inner knowing... which has us believing that WE are COMPLETELY IN control and that pushing, suffering, ENDURING will have us happy and thriving in the END. Whoa. In the End?Ok but what about NOW? What about TODAY? In this episode, I share my personal thoughts on this as it relates to relationships, business and self. Thoughts on why when we contort anything to fit a timeline or expectation outside of out inner knowing, we feel disconnected and in constant striving... WHat if we could remember the old way? Where we HONOR our intuition, STILL meet our goals AND Enjoy all along the way... Are you here for it? Mahalo for sharing space with me today in this way xx Uʻilani WANNA DIVE IN DEEPER?
