Mold me, fashion me, raise me into a pure and holy atmosphere, (COL, 159). The earthly sanctuary was but just a hint, a shadow of the Heavenly, barely a glimpse of the true grandness and immensity. And us, if we could be a shadow of Christ, miniatures and models of Him, letting Him be our example, what could be achieved ? Perhaps our families could witness His character through us, perhaps those that wonder why bad things happen to good people could understand faith through us, and that despite what they see our God is in control. Perhaps change could come through our hearts, through us a consuming conversion and defeat of self, to be more like Him and bring into our character the fragrance of His, (Lt 47a, 19).
