“I’m so thankful to have found this podcast. I’ve been wanting to learn more of the Bible. I’ve been a Christian my entire life, but I’ve been lazy about diving into the Bible; and my lack of Biblical knowledge is embarrassing at this point in my life. I realize he isn’t reading the Bible word for word, but he does a great job of preaching it. I can literally picture every story in my head as if I’m watching a movie. This podcast is just such a great way to learn (or re-learn) the stories in the Bible whether you’re a new believer or a lifelong believer. It’s more like an overview of the Bible in a year. Regardless, we’re still learning the Bible!
Also, I’ve seen some reviews mention the “inappropriate” ads. I don’t think the podcast has anything to do with the ads. Those are set by Apple (or wherever you listen). Or maybe based on your algorithm. The ads I hear are from local radio stations, for things like Uber Eats. But honestly, I skip through the ads anyway, so it’s no harm no foul.”
