Spencer can you drill down into what their morning and evening routines are. I think for people struggling with alcohol addiction the night time routine is super important. What do people replace their time with, are they reading, meditating, learning a new skill, or just watching Netflix.
I’d love to know what people do on evenings after quitting the drink. How do they find this new life balance.
