“I love this pod cast! Very informative and great content. I find the African hunting episodes especially interesting.
However, I have one little beef. I am a fan of the 458 Win Mag. This is a great cartridge that seems to keep being nagged by problems it had 40-50 years ago.
I have to ask, since Ford pickups had dissimilar metal corrosion on their rear bumper bolts that caused some bumpers to rust off back in the 1970’s, does that mean you still wouldn’t buy one now? Especially since that problem has been resolved for over 40 years, would it be fair and logical to keep bringing up such an outdated point?!?
Well the 458 Win Mag has had its problems fixed for that long, and the only reason it is still remembered and some are concerned about it is because people keep belly aching about an out of date problem. Modern ammunition solved this problem a LONG TIME AGO.
