Those red flags.    The real question is: how do you find those red flags before they even sit in your chair… ?    If you don’t have any boundaries, that is where you’re going to run into problems. Once you start realizing there are things that you don’t want to tolerate, and won’t tolerate, THAT is when you need to start implementing boundaries.    Once you do, you will find that is where you are going to start seeing the red flag clients for what they are. That doesn't mean they are horrible people, it just means they are not the right fit for YOU.   What you permit you promote.    I know you have heard that before!    Don’t worry, I'll say it again for those of you who didn’t catch that… what you permit you promote.
