Sometimes gets out of hand
After laboring through listening to episode 181, where a story that could have been told in 10 minutes was painfully dragged out to over an hour, I had to say something. Reign people in, do some editing, or reconsider posting some of these, Vic. I can understand people needing a moment to collect themselves when recounting a terrifying experience, but some of the uh’s, repeating of same passages (with varying details...the above mentioned account goes from the creature being about 450-500 lbs. and later up to 700), excruciating detail about nuances of something irrelevant to creature (you’ll learn more about bow hunting equipment itself than most care to in episode above), and other digressions can be *way* too much. I’ve listened to a ton of these, and appreciate that Vic doesn’t waste a ton of time talking before getting down to the story. He is very open minded and encouraging of guests. As others have stated, the seemingly exaggerated DJ voice can be comical, too. Overall, not bad. Better than many.

And what with all these people complaining about Vics voice??? His voice honestly makes it ten times better. Lame...Read full review »

Vic does not try to present honest encounters. He’s supporting the scammers selling obvious garbage lies.unsubscribed now.
