During Women’s History Month, we celebrate the contributions women have made around the world and recognizing their specific achievements  in the architecture, engineering, and construction fields. To commemorate this month of celebration, BIM for All host, Mel Wallace sat down with  Marta Carlino, Vice President of Digital Construction and and Victoria Ortega, Vice President of Digital Design at Voyansi. They discuss their journeys into the AEC industry and the challenges and opportunities they have encountered. Marta shares her passion for digital construction and the satisfaction she derives from supporting field workers. Victoria explains her transition from working in construction to focusing on the design process.  Both women emphasize the importance of believing in oneself and listening to different perspectives.
