Mostly good, Kauffman episode seems a little tone deaf
Most episodes are pretty good, with clear directions on what you can take to improve skin and health. Considering it’s a skin care company they take a pretty light hand on the product pitching, which is nice. I was a little concerned though about the episode with Dr. Sandra Kauffman. She recommends monthly IVs of exosomes after the age of 40. Best I can tell these treatments cost $2000-$4000 each, doing so monthly is more than prohibitive for most of the population. Spend a couple hundred bucks a month if you must on vitamins and creams but seems like if you have that kind of money, you could get a lot of longevity benefits from helping build a lower stress and more livable world for everyone.
