Scientific and intuitive approach to skincare and health
I stumbled upon this podcast while searching for something to “feed” my brain on long commutes in the car. I’m a self proclaimed “bio hacker” myself- Employing many different modalities in order to spend the little time I’ve got here on this earth as best as I possibly can… and lately I’ve been frustrated with the nature of my aging skin. In my industry, many colleagues are resorting to Botox and fillers to preserve their youthful looks- And while I desire results, I’m not quite at the point where I want to resort to such invasive methods. The skincare industry as a whole is just a bunch of marketing claims and a myriad of products and “potions” being peddled as the holy grail of all skin aging woes. I have lost faith in most products being marketed on Instagram and claiming to reverse the signs of aging. Enter this podcast… where they break down the science behind the how’s and whys of popular skin care treatments, proven ingredients that actually offer good results in the correct quantities and application, and general biohacking tips for the curious like me. I have done a deep dive into many of the episodes and look forward to learning more and more. Keep up the great work! Love this subject matter!
