Ticks the same needs that Screamo metal does for someone. Loud and powered by negative emotions to trigger your own frustrations in life, but without the subtleties of a good YA novel. I’ve listened to all but a few of QODE’s podcasts and this one already holds a special place among them. It’s fantasy, mythology and tragedy, and (though less of it) science-fiction feeding beautiful soundscapes, dramatic settings, and characters who stay in mind well after a listen or two.
