“I really like this show and the overall genre of time travel in general.
But for me though… I couldn’t stand the young Logan and Charles characters. The constant Pokemon references and Charles’ voice was aggravating. I couldn’t wait for their scenes to end and the story to move on. I have no aversion to swearing at all… but it seems like they liked to make “Logan = the character that always has to swear”. It seemed excessive not for the show in general but just the general situations they were in… ?!? Maybe it was to counter-balance the scenes with Charles and his non-swearing “swears” with the Pokemon references. I can’t put my finger on it.”

“I listen to a lot of fiction shows, and this one feels a lot more popcorn and feels more like a modern TV show or movie. The 20 min of “Pilot” (fun episode title!) went by quickly.
I can’t wait for more episodes to what happens to the kids next!”
