Kansas City Gems
Bob Kendrick and The Negro Leagues Museum are two of Kansas City’s gems. Fortunately, Bob being president of the museum and one of its leading spokesmen helps. Bob, with his wealth of knowledge and relaxed conversational style, opens up the dialog and leads us on a journey into a colorful past almost too legendary to be believed, but it is true. We are lead through magical journeys with mythical characters with impossible nicknames. To make it even better, Buck and Satchel are contributing narrators. This podcast is too good and the stories are true. I live in KC and I am going to the museum to hear Buck, Josh, Satchel, Cool Papa, and the rest barnstorm the summer away. The best podcast ever.
