Amazing stories to be heard
Even if you do or do not love the game of baseball this podcast is for you. It provides great insight and stories of the history of the Negro League. Mr. Kendrick reminds me of that favourite uncle or family member that is the keeper of your families lore and when he speaks you sit on the edge of your seat absorbing every word that comes out of his mouth. It is truly an honour to hear about these amazing trailblazers that played the game the right way, with passion, honour, & integrity. Thank you Mr. Kendrick and I hope at some point in my life to make it to the Museum to see it for myself.

This podcast is outstanding. Bob’s knowledge of the history of not only the Negro Leagues but the American culture at that time is amazing. Great interviews and insight. A must listen for any baseball fan and any fan of civil rights history. Keep up the good work!

So much amazing information, told in a way one could go on listening all day. Miss being able to listen to Buck O’Neil’s story telling, but Mr. Kendrick is in the same class. So knowledgeable and a treasure trove of material.

I don’t often listen to podcasts, but I won’t miss of these! The stories are important and there is no one better than Mr. Kendrick at telling them.
