How Many of us Have Them? Mental Health Issues
I found this podcast Thursday and have listened to every single episode in 2.5 days. She speaks the truth and the truth makes us all take another look at ourselves. I had been thinking for a while that everyone is walking around one major life incident away from a mental break so when she said we all have mental issues but not all of us have a diagnosis, I was screaming...THAT’S IT...FACTS. Her transparency is healing. When she shares about her family, I relate. When she talked about loosing her father, I could relate, even though my father died when I was extremely young and I don’t have any memories of him. This podcast is a true gem. My goal is to help children not have to grow up and be healed from their childhood traumas by serving from a space of educating parents to seek their own healing, preferably before becoming parenting, so this is a great resource for me. Thank you Nikita for sharing your truth. It’s a great reminder that our stories are to be shared to help others heal.
