“This is EASILY the best podcast on the internet right now for creatives such as videographers/ photographers/ etc. to listening to. Ben Hagarty and Dave Malave (who are the main host) are videographers/ visual content creators themselves, and have worked and been in some of the most advanced creative settings for artist such as Beyoncé, Jay Z, Mary J Blige, etc. For Ben and Dave to currently be some of the few content creatives of their caliber, using their platform in sharing their life stories/ experiences/ tips + tricks with the public, is a TREMENDOUS help for someone who aspires to be in the same industry someday. While they are sharing their personal experiences half the time, the other half spent listening to the podcast is with interviews featuring some of the other best videographers/ photographers/ content creators in the game as well. Guest such as Robin Harper/ Andrew White/ Raven Varona (photographers for Beyoncé), Davidson Frere (suit designer for Jay Z/ Dwight Howard/ etc.) Zoe Rain (celebrity photographer), and so many more all share their own experiences and advice on being in the industries they’re in. For 4+ years, I was thinking and wondering to myself how the creatives I look up to became who they are in their job, and it was hard to find interviews/ information on them pertaining to how they got and maneuver in the business. Now, I’ve finally been given the answers I was looking for through this podcast! THANK YOU all so much, I cannot recommend this enough!!!”
