She shares a personal story about the consequences of staying too long in a role, and the heart work and head work she’s had to do to support her growth as a leader. Overall, Sandy shares insight into building relationships on your professional journey and leading with purpose.  Her story aligns with pursuing purpose as she shares that most of her career was spent amplifying the voices of others, and now she leads an organization that creates space for people all over the country to tell their stories, share wisdom, and leave a legacy for the future.
