“BG Hot Takes is almost a great podcast for me. I think they are informative, but the podcast format feels mechanical and lacks pacing. This may be an issue that comes with the nature of make each episode centered around a game and then taking 30-45 minutes to break down the game. Honestly, I typically just skip to their final thoughts portion of each episode. With better pacing and a little more spice, this podcast could go from informative to informative and entertaining. Not talking silliness, but perhaps the chemistry that you find in close friends vs that which you find amongst colleagues.”
