This Week’s Happy Hour Special: El Torado
Ingredients:
· 2 ounces reposado tequila
· 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
· 1 1/2 ounces unfiltered apple juice
Instructions: Add tequila, vermouth and apple juice into a chilled cocktail shaker, then add ice. Shake it well, then strain into coupe cocktail glasses and serve.
