“This is a heartbreaking story which reveals the appalling structural inequalities of the USA. How the narrative of the ‘land of the free’ lives on is beyond belief. My heart breaks for both Leo and Jeremy who are both victims of a so called democracy which is rotten to its core. Gilbert and Kelsey are valiantly fighting against unbelievable corruption and malfeasance and I sincerely hope they can get the case before the independent review. And Leo is an inspiration who shows us compassion and the human spirit in the face of unbelievable cruelty and I am truly moved. I have donated to the Change.org petition that Gilbert has started and I only hope that something can be done. Congratulations to Leo, Jeremy, Gilbert and Kelsey for your courage and determination.
