“I listened to several episodes of this podcast as I am always trying to find great podcasts over literature. These individuals cover different genres of literature but offer no information for listeners. They do not discuss tropes, elements or great authors in a particular genre. They just make up stuff off the top of their head. Most of them do not even read books from their chosen topic episode. You can only hear “So I read one page of this book...and this type of lit sucks” before you angrily stop listening. Self absorbed poorly researched hosts. A bad podcast.”

“I originally gave this podcast a 5 star review but can't stand by that anymore. More and more I'm finding they don't actually read the books they're supposed to be talking about. The idea of the podcast is fantastic but it needs to be hosted by people who are better at reviewing and reading books.”

“I really appreciate the real-ness of this podcast. These are librarians that love reading and books but openly admit to not liking everything about literature and books. It has a very conversational tone and there are lots of funny moments. I also appreciate that comics are part of this.”
