“I began listening to this podcast months ago when I was still searching for an agent. Once that was done, it took time to find a publishing company. All the while I was listing to this brilliant, funny and practical podcast. By the time I was offered a contract, I had listened to dozens of shows and I really understood what I was reading in the contract - and not all of it was good. I was able to bring up specifics that were not beneficial enough to me and get them changed. Besides being lots of fun to listen to, this show prepares authors for the work of selling books. You can be a great writer, but still not sell much beyond your family and friends and for most of us, marketing requires a learning curve. This podcast takes the mystery out of the process.
