“I actually LOVE Sara and Des so much and watch their YouTube videos almost religiously😅but I was a little disappointed by the quality of the podcast. There are always background noises and static/scratching sounds from the microphone getting bumped and the quality of the sound isn’t great. Obviously as with any podcast I know that they will improve over time with more experience, but as someone who listens to a lot of podcasts as I commute over an hour every day for work I am used to much better sound quality and production. I also have a hard time keeping track of their episodes and the topics that they are discussing as they are a little all over the place and could benefit from more structure to the episodes to keep listeners engaged.
I will continue to listen as I do love them both as I said and I like hearing their takes on books and pop culture topics, and I look forward to them improving at podcasting. I’m not the type to just write a raving review if I can provide constructive feedback so Sara and Des please don’t be upset or offended, I just want to help y’all make the pod even better🫶
