“I started listening to the Crescent City book 1 part 1 episode but had to stop because of all the spoilers thrown in without warning. If we’re going by the episode description, the podcasters define part 1 as “BDD”, which would put us about 75 pages in. I’m well past that on chapter 65 and they still managed to very casually spoil huge plot points that I haven’t gotten to yet. If the part your covering isn’t actually part 1 by your definition (BDD) or the literal part 1 of the book, fine, but at least warn the audience before you describe a gut-wrenching scene at the end of the book. Also, the pronunciations of character names could really improve.”
