Finally getting sleep
I’ve suffered chronic insomnia for the last 5 years. I’ve tried everything from natural remedies to dozens of rx drugs that didn’t work and had horrible side effects. My doctors are stumped. But this podcast has helped me drift off peacefully and naturally! It doesn’t work every night, but when you routinely go for 5 days without a wink this seems like a miracle worker. (And on nights I don’t sleep I still learn something interesting. I’m actually really interested in most of the “boring” books haha.) Shoutout to the Sears Catalog and Mrs. Beeton’s guide to household management.

All i can remember from last night was something about potatoes, being immortal, and Jesus? 🧐🤣. I was knocked with the first 2 episodes. 💕 love it 😍. I have adhd, and anxiety so I am in awe.🤤. I am 11 years old so this just worked so great 😀. Definitely recommend 👍🏽.
