Listen to every night!
This has very quickly become my new favourite podcast and I can honestly say that I listen to it every single night. I’m a lit buff to begin with so this already appealed to that, but the host’s voice is so calm and soothing. I actually have delayed sleep phase disorder and usually it takes me an hour or two of lying in the dark to finally fall asleep, but listening to this, I’m asleep within twenty minutes! I keep it going all night so if I wake up from a bad dream or something, it’s right there with me to soothe me back to slumber. And I select just enough episodes that it functions as a replacement for my alarm clock! As soon as the soothing voice stops, my brain wakes up wondering where it went! Way more of a gentle wake-up than my alarm too! Definitely recommend this one to anyone who likes these sorts of podcasts!
