“I have loved this podcast since I found out I was pregnant back in October 2022. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with high risk pregnancy complications when I entered my 3rd trimester and it has made listening to this podcast a lot harder since Sarah has a complication free pregnancy but still complains a lot regardless. This is not her fault at all but in case any listeners have any high risk complications affecting their life and mental health, it is good for them to know this podcast can be triggering 😢 (especially avoid the ep on perinatal depression bc they don’t talk about affect of pregnancy complications at all) would be a great listen for anyone having an easy pregnancy!!”
