Necessary listening for music fans, esp. of the South
I’ve been dying to take Dr. Bradley’s OutKast class for years. This is the next best thing! Those 35 minutes taught me EVERYTHING! Lee and Bradley seriously know their stuff: history, evolution, politics, culture, and the deep DEEP genius of the music of the dirty South. Already, I’m hooked! Every podcast should be like this: informative and hilarious and serious and really real. SO glad this is out there. We needed this! Thank you! 🙏🏾🙌🏾

I LOVE this podcast!! Two incredibly intelligent women of color talking about hip hop culture. I swear they were born to do this. The knowledge that they share is so widespread, you’re not just learning about music, you’re definitely learning real culture too.
