Prior to entering private practice, Sid was a federal prosecutor in the US Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of New York, where he spent significant time on national securities matters, including domestic terrorist attacks to foreign terrors of investigations, sanctions investigations, cyber hacking and espionage.
