SO Informative
I’m the parent of an adult son (age 27) on the autism spectrum. He was diagnosed in 1998. Since then, I have done a LOT of reading and information gathering. We intervened early and aggressively and he has thrived. When he had a tonic clonic seizure at 19 and eventually diagnosed with epilepsy, I could not be surprised because I knew the percentages, but it made it no less traumatic. I upped my reading game because education is power. I was so thankful to discover the Brain and Life Magazine - so informative and packed with helpful information. And, NOW, to have the podcast?! Jackpot! Thank you for helping to calm this mom’s nerves.
