Teaching Soulmates
I knew going into pandemic teaching this year I was going to have to completely reassess my expectations for what could be accomplished in a school year. I had been teaching in a way I didn’t like — teacher focused, overly-chatty instructor dependent lecture that hurt my soul, but I didn’t (and haven’t) always had the language to express what I wanted. When I found BNT, I felt all the areas I wanted to tackle as the theme for each episode and the sage wisdom so timely for this point in my career. I highly highly recommend this podcast to new and veteran teachers alike, because it is proof that if we are in this profession to ensure that our students gain something valuable from their educations, we still have a lot we need to learn. Thank you!
