Alla Weinberg constructively unpacks unsafe workplace cultures, shares her thoughts on how we can change them, and why we should do just that. Alla is the CEO and Culture Designer at Spoke & Wheel, the specialised culture design company that she founded in 2019. Through Spoke & Wheel, Alla provides culture consulting and leadership development expertise to companies like Docusign, Uber, Salesforce, Target and Zendesk; helping them to create work environments where people can think, collaborate, and innovate. Alla is also a Principal of Design Operations at Harmonic Design and before starting Spoke & Wheel, she worked in executive leadership development and learning and development at Salesforce, in the Bay Area.
