Shut down your mental storage facility.

Description
Some people rent a storage facility to hold the items they perceive as valuable. Ironically, at some point, the price they pay to rent the storage facility becomes more than the value of what’s actually being stored. The same can be true for our minds. At one point, we stored thoughts and beliefs such as guilt, anger, bitterness, regret, frustration, angst, procrastination etc. that may have had a purpose and value at the time, but the mental and emotional price we pay to keep those thoughts and beliefs have far outweighed the value they once had. During this 2 min talk, I discuss the concept that maybe it’s time to de-clutter your mind and shut down the mental storage facility that holds the thought and beliefs that no longer have value or serve a purpose for you.
