Breakout – Newt Interviews CEO Pete Hegseth of Concerned Veterans for America

Description
In this episode of the Breakout with Newt Gingrich podcast, Newt interviews Pete Hegseth, the CEO of Concerned Veterans for America. One of the main focuses of Concerned Veterans for America is to bring substantial and substantive reform to the Department of Veterans Affairs. The VA has become a large bureaucratic institution, working off a 20th century model that is more concerned with protecting those who run the Department as opposed to helping veterans receive the care they both need and deserve. Concerned Veterans for America also serves veterans by educating and advocating for policies dealing with economic and national security issues. Our veterans have sacrificed an enormous amount to move our country forward and ensure its safety. They should not have to continue to settle for the status quo when it comes to receiving the right care.
