Know How To Prevent Cancer, Wisdom From A Survivor
Listen now
Description
Elizabeth Boham, MD, IFMCP, MS, RD is a breast cancer survivor (or, as I like to say, thriver!), a functional medicine physician, and a nutritionist who teaches women how to prevent cancer. She’s one brilliant woman, so of course, we had to chat on my podcast! At the young age of 30 and during her residency, Dr. Boham received a shocking breast cancer diagnosis. She was well-educated in health and doing “all the right things.”  It changed everything for her. She started focusing on true preventative medicine that provides balance and focuses on creating body terrain that doesn’t give cancer (or other health issues such as dementia or infertility) a chance. Make sure to bring your notepad to this listening session because it is packed with wisdom and hope. Also, for a deeper dive into Dr. Boham’s healing philosophies and insights, please download her free book: Breast Wellness—Tools to Prevent and Heal from Breast Cancer.
