“If you like a certain dulcet-toned actor and well-told stories of things that go bump in the night, I think you’ll like this podcast.
So I’m coming into this as a fan of both Aaron and Misha, so I’m trying my best at objectivity.
Misha is very evocative as a voice actor and makes for a strong lead. Every word, every laugh, every scoff feels so full. That might be because I already empathize with him, but I thought he was really good. I’m excited to see what he does with this character, he makes such fearless and clever choices.
Aaron’s story telling never fails to capture my attention. He uses small, specific, and important intrigues to seed a story for big moments of affective effect. I can tell being a fan of “Lore” adds a huge bonus to the experience of the show, it’s like having already taken Jeremy’s class. THAT’S the level of seeding we’re looking at here.
I’m excited to listen to the rest, it’s captivating so far!
